At Indie Digital Store, we build tools we actually use ourselves. We want you to love them just as much. If you're not deeply satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we'll refund your money.
Our Promise
- Timeframe: Request a refund within our stated guarantee period (e.g., typically 7 days depending on the product) from the date of purchase.
- Reason: We don't ask for justifications. If it doesn't solve your problem or isn't what you expected, you get your money back.
- Process: Simply reply to your receipt email or contact our support address, and we'll process the refund within 48 hours.
Exceptions
While we honor refunds without friction, we reserve the right to deny requests if we detect clear abuse or fraudulent activity (such as bulk downloading and requesting a refund immediately across all products). We kindly ask you to be fair.
